Features

1. Support stable access privileges
2. Support TDengine HA instance

Fixed Issues

1. Security issues about the organization owner can delete the other organization's user through REST API
2. Charge credit card failed but with succesful status
3. Can not create the organization with the same name which deleted
4. Failed to update the discount of the organization
