Get Started with TDengine Cloud
You can register for a TDengine Cloud account for free and automatically obtain $250 in credit to test TDengine for yourself.
Create a TDengine Cloud Account
To create a TDengine Cloud account, perform the following steps:
- In a web browser, access the TDengine Cloud website.
- Under Sign Up, enter your email address and organization name.
- Click Get Confirmation Code and enter the code sent to your email address.
- Read the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy and click Sign up for TDengine Cloud.
Enter Account Information

On the page displayed, enter your name and password.
note- Your password must be 8 to 20 characters long.
- Your password must contain each of the following character types: letters, digits, and special characters.
- The following special characters are supported:
. ~ ! @ # $ ^ & *

(Optional) Enter your phone number and job title.

(Optional) Select a profile picture for your account. JPG and PNG files under 1 MB are supported.

Click Continue.
Create an Instance
In the dialog box displayed, select IDMP to create a TDengine IDMP instance or TSDB to create a TDengine TSDB instance.
Because TDengine IDMP requires TDengine TSDB, a TDengine TSDB instance will also be created if you select TDengine IDMP.
Create a TDengine IDMP Instance

Enter a name for your TDengine IDMP instance and select a price plan.

Enter a name for your TDengine TSDB-Enterprise instance and select a price plan.

Specify whether you want to create a high-availability TDengine TSDB-Enterprise instance.

Click Create.
Your TDengine IDMP and TDengine TSDB-Enterprise instances are created and started. This process may take some time. For further instructions, see the TDengine IDMP documentation.
Create a TDengine TSDB Instance
Create your first instance.
- Select a cloud and region from the drop-down lists.
- Enter a name for your instance.
- Specify whether to enable high availability.
- Specify whether to create a sample database.
- Select your desired price plan.
- Click Create.
Your TDengine TSDB-Enterprise instance is created and started. This process may take some time. For further information, see the TDengine TSDB documentation.
